Protektive Pak Tek-Trays
Stackable Tek-Trays provide an effective ESD protection and storage option for components, electronic assemblies, and circuit boards. The stacking features of the Tek-Trays allow for them to nest together saving valuable space and improving productivity. Tek-Trays can also be used for transportation of ESD sensitive devices within an EPA environment.
Constructed from conductive fluted plastic (1 x 102 to < 1 x 105 ohms) provides a reliable path-to-ground, meeting ANSI/ESD S20.20 and Packaging Standard ANSI/ESD S541. Printed with the ESD Protective Symbol indicating protection for ESD susceptible devices and assemblies.
Plastek Tek-Trays include steel wire corners providing improved durability and stability. All Tek-Trays include a 1/8” thick static dissipative foam pad for cushioning assemblies and components. The foam pad is shuntable so component leads can be kept at equipotential during storage and transportation.
